We would all like to have a completely toned stomach area or even a six pack. The fact is that our indulgence in unhealthy foods, soda pop, beer, and other fatty foods tends to make this objective incredibly difficult. Certainly one of the optimal methods to stay away from weight gain would be to reduce the number of drinks loaded with sugar. You’d be surprised by how much weight you can lose drinking just water. Most people today can’t do that though. I can’t either. Flavor is important, so at least attempt to locate some sugar free refreshments that you really enjoy. At a minimum, don’t drink soda pop everyday.
